The house and garden, pool area with wood-fired sauna and bar. Tranquil rural setting, only 8 km to surf beaches and Ericeira centre. 250m² living space and 8000m² garden.

Sunsets are epic at the Quinta. And just a few minutes away, you can enjoy the view at the west-facing beach as the sun sets in the Alantic Ocean.

If you expect a place where there is peace, quiet and a lot of space, you will not regret it. Beautifully situated property, from which there is a wonderful view. Above the house there is a swimming pool with an adjacent building, in which there is, among other things, a great sauna and a bar with a fridge and an available shower. A great place for parties, as well as spending the whole day by the pool. The house also has a large living room, where you will find a projector. A great place for children, where they could watch movies like in the cinema. The kitchen was also very well equipped. There was no shortage of dishes, spices or filters for making coffee. Wood prepared for lighting the grill, fireplace or sauna.

Rates

Because this is a home, rather than a commercial property, 
we like to keep our rates low and trust that guests will treat the house 
with as much love and care as possible.

Rates are constant throughout the year: 1800 Euros per week.

Rates include electricity and water, wifi, pool & garden maintenance, and clean linens at the start of your stay. An additional 150 Euros are charged for each rental to cover cleaning and linen changes.

Additional cleaning is possible during your stay at a rate of 120 Euros, and weekly cleaning is included free of charge for rentals of 2 weeks or longer.

Our service

Rental period: 1 week minimum, 5 month maximum. May through September 2025.

Base rental includes: Weekly maid service for rentals of 2 weeks or longer, twice weekly garden and pool service. This can be adjusted to fit your needs. Meet & greet and end of stay services.
